Hen Do in Edinburgh Pole Dancing Lessons - Daytime

  • This is a real fun girlie activity where you will be guaranteed an absolute giggle!
  • Pole Dancing lessons are aimed specifically at groups of ladies who want to experience the Pole Dancing phenomena in a comfortable ‘party environment’ along side their friends
  • During your event your professional dancer will lead your session, with intervals teaching you and your group some fantastic tricks on the pole
  • Our professional instructors are qualified and experienced Pole Dancers with Dance Training and Fitness Instructor qualifications
  • Although we are very serious in our approach to ‘absolute safety’ during our sessions, we want to put the emphasis on the ‘FUN FACTOR’
  • You will have the opportunity to learn simple but effective techniques in the relaxed environment
  • The sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness, shapes, sizes, and ages of Ladies
  • What to wear? Wear clothing, which is non restrictive. Bare feet, trainers or heels are suitable. Bare legs are preferable (e.g: shorts or short skirts) to enable you to grip on to the pole, however those who prefer to cover up can wear loose trousers. Comfort is essential!
  • There are no complicated routines to master, this session is all about individual style and free expression
  • Each group has exclusive hire of the room and tutor
  • Groups are not mixed ensuring your group has all the attention! 
  • You will leave the class with a group Certificate and a Hen Party Gift Bag full of goodies. Such as Dare Cards, a Hen Party Memento Book for you to place all your Party photos in, Shot Glass & Garter [exact products subject to availability]
  • Pole Dancing time slots are 12-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm or 5-7pm on Saturday and Sunday. Other time slots and days may be available on request

Min / Max Group Size:

  • Price is based on a minimum of 10 people
  • Smaller groups can be catered for although slight up-charges will apply

  • To secure an event we will require a £50 deposit per group (not per person)
  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent within 48 hours. Please note your package is only secured when the deposit has been paid and we have your signed booking form. The balance is then payable 6 weeks prior to your event. Please read our Terms and Conditions for full details to ensure you agree with these before paying your deposit
  • Group Size - If your group size is TBC then we can secure this package based on your best guess numbers. It is extremely common for group sizes to fluctuate and we do not charge any fees for group sizes changing; all we ask is that numbers are confirmed 6 weeks prior
  • ‘No hassle’ payment schedule - We understand 1 of the biggest ‘pains’ when organising a Hen party is getting peoples money in or placing a large amount on your own card. We offer a system where all members of the group can contact us direct and pay their own deposits and balances so you don’t have this added hassle. Full details will be on your Booking Form
