www.ukgirlthing.co.uk promise to provide the goods you have ordered, plus postage and packing, subject always to availability, credit status, and acts of god. If an item that you order is out of stock we will try to obtain it for you. We will e-mail you with the expected despatch time and allow you the option to proceed with the order, to remove the item from your order and get a refund or to replace it with another item of your choice. Where there is a price difference, you will be charged or allowed (as the case may be) that difference. All prices are displayed in English Pounds.

Your credit card will be debited at the time of ordering. Despatch is prompt and detailed below. We undertake to deliver the goods as quickly as we possibly can. Under normal circumstances, goods should be received in the UK within one week. If we are unable to meet these delivery times, we will contact you immediately to arrange a different delivery date or offer a full refund. ukgirlthing wants you to be completely happy with our service and are eager to resolve problems. We endeavour to respond to complaints within 3 working days. Contact Customer Services on 0870 850 1078.

UK orders under £20.00 will be despatched via First Class Mail and for all orders over this amount will be despatched via trackable courier. Most credit card orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday (UK Time) are despatched within 48 hours. You have 10 days during which you can return the goods for any reason. We have a no quibble policy and will cheerfully refund or replace that item.  Orders are taken subject to availability of products. If we do not supply any products ordered for any reason, we will refund any money already paid for those products. However, we will not be liable for any other losses or expenses, which you may suffer if we do not supply them. While all reasonable endeavours have been made to check the accuracy of information on our website, and to the best of our knowledge and belief, this publication is free from all computer viruses or program defects, the copyright holder does not warrant that it is correct or up-to-date or virus free. Except as specifically stated on our website, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither www.ukgirlthing.co.uk nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. ukgirlthing reserves the right to refuse, modify, amend, change an order, change a price, and will inform you immediately of any change, and give you the right to cancel or amend your order, with no penalty whatsoever. Should upon your order being accepted, it is later found there is a problem with your credit/debit card, we have the right to cancel the order without explanation, and refuse further orders. These terms and conditions do not override our/your rights by law to pursue any avenue we decide upon under English law, they also do NOT affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All rights reserved. No part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the copyright holder, provided that the recipient may download onto a personal computer owned or under the control of the recipient and make a single copy all or part of this publication for the recipient's private use or study. ukgirlthing or any other associated companies will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the information and material contained in this website or from your access to the web sites via links from this site. In the event of any litigation arising from ordering goods or accessing data on this website, the user agrees that at any such litigation will only be subject to English law and would only be tried in English Courts.

Party Packages & Events 

1. The Agreement

To book a tour or event with UK Girl Thing you must complete and confirm any outstanding details and read the booking form. By agreeing in writing and / or signing this form, you confirm the accuracy of all the information and accept these terms and conditions on behalf of you and your group.  The agreement between yourself and ukgirlthing only comes into existence once your booking form has been formally acknowledged in writing by ukgirlthing. Unless you advise us to the contrary we will assume that every member of your party is over 18 years of age. Unless you contact ukgirlthing in writing within 24 hours of receiving ukgirlthing's written acceptance, you will be deemed to have agreed to the contract terms. The terms and conditions, general information and booking form constitute the entire agreement between you and ukgirlthing. It must be understood that those booking via telephone or e-mail accept our booking terms and conditions without physically signing the form.

2. Payment

Any deposit paid by you and your group will not be refundable. The balance must be paid 5 weeks before the date of your event. Should you fail to make this payment the deposit will be retained and ukgirlthing will consider the event cancelled. If you book an event where the date is less than 5 weeks away, the full cost of the event is immediately payable.

3. Price

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Your total cost of package will be detailed in your Booking Form.

4. Insurance

ukgirlthing is fully insured in respect of public liability. Specialist Personal Accident covers are available for individual group members. Details upon request.

5. General

You must adhere to any on-site conditions of use and instructions given – a breach may result in cancellation of all or part of the reservation. In the case of overnight stays and certain events, you may be asked to leave a deposit with the hotels/venues management a valid credit card authority to cover extra costs or breakages attributable to the group, and you may be refused entry to the accommodation/venue if you do not provide this to the authority

6. Cancellation Policy

If ukgirlthing cancels an event that has been booked, unless you choose an alternative monies paid by you will be returned in full. In the event of an alternative event being booked at a different price to the cancelled then an appropriate refund or further payment will be made as applicable. In the event of you cancelling for whatever reason, you may do so at anytime in writing provided that written notice is received 60 days or longer before the event. You will forfeit the deposit paid to us but any additional payments paid within the monthly plan will be refunded to you minus 10% bank/admin charges. Any cancellations received with less than 60 days and more than 28 days before the event, then 50% of the monthly payments paid will be refunded. Any cancellations received with less than 60 days and more than 35 days before the event, then 50% of the monthly payments paid will be refunded. Any cancellations received with less than 35 days left before the event can not be refunded.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the event, you must communicate your complaint direct to the supplier of the service concerned at the earliest opportunity and also inform ukgirlthing to let us know of this complaint. If you do not inform the supplier of the service as well as ukgirlthing within 48 hours of the complaint occurring, ukgirlthing will not be held responsible for the complaint. If the complaint has not been dealt with to your satisfaction before you return home, then you must make a complaint to ukgirlthing in writing no less than 28 days after your return from the event. If you do not comply with the complaints procedure, ukgirlthing will not be held responsible for your complaint. ukgirlthing will not be held liable for any aspect of the event arrangement failing. If such failure is due to your acts or omissions of a third party not involved in any of the service which constitute the event for instance; your failure to behave reasonably or appropriate insurance cover. ukgirlthing will hold every person in the party jointly and severally liable for any damage and for any legal costs incurred in defending or pursuing such a claim.
