The girls were very helpful, very patient, answered all the questions and emails very quickly, they were also happy to answer questions of whomever contacted them and didn’t insist on talking with one nominated person, which speeded things up for us.

We Hotel we were staying in was right in the middle of the town, so it was close to everywhere we wanted to be. It had everything we needed and we were very pleased with it. 

More than excellent!! It was fun, a good laugh, bringing everyone together. We are thinking about booking another dance class with them we enjoyed it so much. Our trainer was brilliant! It felt like she was part of the group and not at all like someone who only came to teach us a dance.

We had a lovely meal in the restaurant, it was delicious, the staff were very nice and tolerant. After that we got changed and hit the town. We didn’t make it all the way to City club, but we still enjoyed ourselves in other places and there was lots to choose from. 

On Sunday we went to the SPA and as it turned out, our group was the only people who were in it at the time. It was very nice finish to our weekend, where we could relax after crazy night we had. Definitely worth having as it didn’t add much to the price, but definitely added a lot to our trip. Also we were very glad that our hotel, day and afternoon activities were all located in the same area (mostly on the same street even) which saved all the unnecessary traveling between places.

The Hotel was Brilliant, all of our 4 rooms were booked together which was useful as groups of girls are forever in and out speaking to each other. Easy check in, very busy but still managed to deal with everyone very quickly. Amazing Hangover breakfast served up until half 10 which is brilliant when you need to have a lie in.

Cocktail Making was a blast. Mark our cocktail master was so funny and really made our experience, brilliant value for money, everyone got a chance to get involved which was good. Funny games that got everyone laughing!

Best Weekend of my life – I think this was a general feeling from all 12 of the group. Newcastle is such a friendly welcoming place and we all just loved it. So much choice as to where to go in the evening and we did try a good number of pubs/clubs. Cocktail making was fantastic and would love to go and do it again sometime. We are all trying to get another friend to arrange their wedding now just so we have an excuse to go back for another weekend away :) UK Girl Thing took away all of the usual stress of organizing a weekend away with a large group (12), they organized all activities, meals, nightclubs which is useful when you are new to somewhere and haven’t been out before. Everything was so well planned out and I received a personal itinerary for the group, which was kept in my bag all weekend and had step by step plan of what we’re doing.

Brilliant, the amount of times I had to contact my Party Organiser because people were dropping out or we had to change plans nothing was a problem for her and she was a great help.

Although we couldn’t check-in until 2pm, we turned up to the hotel a few hours early to drop our bags and our rooms were ready, the staff there were friendly and overall the hotel was pretty good.

Cocktail making, was amazing all the girls wanted to make sure our feedback was passed onto the man who did ours he was really friendly and made it fun, we didn’t expect to have so much alcohol and we left a little drunk, the food platter afterwards was amazing and again we didn’t expect so much food.

The whole day went pretty amazing, I would definetly use you again, and what we paid for what we had included was amazing, the bride really enjoyed herself. Big thanks to our Party Organiser for organising this stress free. I would definitely recommend, im waiting for more friends to get engaged now so I can use you again haha!

Jo has been great and was even involved in helping to book my husband to be’s stag do after he was impressed with the service I was receiving.

The Hotel in Nottingham was fantastic, the breakfast is one of the best I have had in a long time.

The Sparty was fab, we all loved being pampered, the beauty therapists seemed to work very hard

The murder mystery was excellent, we all had a great time. The actors were very good and got everyone totally involved in the scenes. The food was lovely with large portions that meant most of us were unable to finish our meals. We would definitely recommend a murder mystery to others. It is the first time a lot of us have done a murder mystery and we loved it, would definitely do another murder mystery evening.

Hotel exceeded expectations of a gold quality we booked. Clean, Friendly, helpful and very spacious.

Cocktail making was spot on, kept us entertained from the moment we walked in until the minute we walked out. Everyone commented on the vodka train the bartenders did at the end of the evening. The party platters after the event were a welcome need after the drinking and they were amazing.

After Dark meal was lovely

"Phil was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry and then to outline the options to suit my requirements. Very friendly and helpful; arranged a time to call me and everything was quickly and easily arranged. All queries responded to quickly and with plenty of information. Again, Shona very quick to respond to queries and very helpful and forthcoming with information. Did everything to ensure that all my needs were met and was very friendly and approachable throughout.

Hotel was in a good location in the centre of Liverpool (near the river), lovely rooms, good facilities and helpful staff.

The cocktail making was fantastic – the highlight of our weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount and variety of drinks we got to make (and drink!!) The guys running the class were great, very enthusiastic and got everyone involved. There were plenty of games and involvement and the time flew by. I would definitely recommend this.

The meal was great, very generous portions and the restaurant was in a lovely location in the Albert Docks area. The bar was nice, we had a great night !!

Great, everyone had a great time, which was fantastic considering we had a range of ages and a mix of family and friends within the group. Many had never met before the party so it was a very sociable and enjoyable weekend, with a good mix of activities. The information that my party planners provided before the weekend meant that everything ran smoothly and I could shepherd everyone around successfully!! The itinerary was my lifeline!!"

The Thistle hotel was perfect the hotel is a silver and well deserved it – clean rooms, good sizes and a very professional staff. The hotel is just the right distance from the town but close enough to get cheap taxis, the rooms were great & the breakfast was AMAZING!!

The cocktail making was such a laugh and our bar lady was such fun.. Our favourite bit was the cocktail making! Everyone loved it and couldn’t believe how many cocktails we got. We are planning to go again for the cocktail making in the summer just for the fun of it.

"Jo was extremely helpful and flexible with our booking. Nothing was too much trouble. We had some late payments due to it being Christmas but Jo didn’t make a fuss. Also being able to pay online individually is a brilliant idea as it doesn’t cause any problems and doesn’t leave anyone out of pocket. Jo you were brilliant thank you so much. All info provided was precise and explained clearly

The hotel in Brighton was at an ideal location. Near to that station and within walking distance to all the pubs/clubs. The hotel was clean and tidy and had all facilities we needed.

We opted to do the cocktail making lesson. When we arrived there was a cocktail lined up for each of us and lots of alcohol was consumed during the lesson. It was great fun and a brilliant way to get everyone to know each other. Great value for money.

The Adonis show was good. It was a giggle and the performers were brilliant.

The weekend was brilliant. All 14 people commented that it was the best hen party they had been on. I would definitely book through UK girl thing again. We had the best weekend!"

"The overall service was great and I found everyone I dealt with so friendly and easy to talk to. I felt that I couldn’t have done it without Joanne. She helped me every step of the way and put up with my million and one questions.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and did everything they could to make it fun. My friends trousers split and the hotel staff give her a sewing kit so she could fix them. That’s what I call saving the day

We did go karting and it was so much fun. It’s something that I’ve never done before and it was great. We all loved it and I even beat my friends which was great!

The comedy night was great and I must say the venue was great and the acts really made the night, I’ve not laughed so hard in a long time.

On the Saturday the meal really hit the spot. The staff were on hand to help with anything we needed and also loved our outfits as super heroes. We went onto to the nightclub later and were taking to our booth by the manager and it was lovely being able to sit down and chat. The club had other rooms and we had a great time dancing in all the different rooms.

I cannot thank Joanne enough for putting up with all my questions , she was a star throughout the process. I thought it was going to be stressful as I’m the bride organizing my own hen party but I can honestly say it wasn’t . I told UKGirlThing what I had in mind and they came up with all different options and all I did was choose one, it was that easy. If I could sum up my weekend it would be priceless. I’m already recommending to anyone who will listen."

Happy with room and facilities for a bronze hotel. Can you also pass on our thanks to the hotel staff who were great and supplied us with extra pillows and duvets.

Henry who was our host for the cocktail activity was brilliant he made the whole thing very enjoyable and fun. We all had a fantastic time so if you could pass on our thanks that would be appreciated. The food was also very welcome as we had not eaten since breakfast.

We went to the restaurant and again the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive and the food was delicious. Please pass on our thanks to all the staff there who also boxed up Laurens food to take away as she felt a little poorly.

We had a fantastic time. We did not make it to the night club due to excess alcohol but that is the whole point of a hen do.Definitely would recommend it was so easy to book and to get everyone to pay there part it took the stress away."

Extremely friendly, helpful and helped with everything. I was the maid of honor trying to organize the Hen Do alone with Laura she sorted so much out and was so fast with getting back to me I was so happy with the service I received.

The Hotel was amazing could not fault it great staff breakfast was brilliant and rooms with views also facilities fantastic ! Also the bride to be room had wine and fruit bowl come to it such a nice touch the bride loved it.

We did a pamper day on the Friday which was fantastic the pool Jacuzzi and facilities were brilliant and the beauticians were lovely and very professional . Everyone really enjoyed it.

On the Saturday we had a cocktail making course I would highly recommend doing this its so much fun and the entire group really enjoyed it! Our cocktail master was a good host and teacher and the food platter was delicious. The games were lots of fun. Easy to find near to the hotel.

We had a meal which was lovely! The restaurant was extremely quiet but we didn’t have to worry how loud we were! Bar was fab very cheesy but a good bar to start the night in. We got a bottle of bubbles on arrival which was nice.

It was perfect everything went to plan and it was enjoyed by everyone especially the Bride she had so much fun!!!…Best weekend we had all had for a very long time! I have already recommended you!"

"Having booked the weekend very last minute! I found the service and help of the whole team invaluable. I had to go away on holiday and found that through the chaos that ensued, the team supported my co bridesmaid through it all and the weekend was finally booked. The hotel was fantastic and was even more luxurious than what the girls were expecting. i have stayed at this hotel before and was more than pleased when i found out where we were staying. Staff were fabulous and couldn’t do enough to help.

The Single Ladies dance class was superb and really got us in the mood for the night ahead!! we managed to learn the whole dance and even looked ‘okay’ when we played the video back lol. We kept this as a surprise for the bride and she was more than happy for what was presented before her . The venue was slightly interesting as was very cold and out of the way however when the music started and in the swing of things we could not have been more impressed!

Awesome!!!! Spanish was the perfect choice and food was fab and kept on coming! As a venue the club could not have been more perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive and all girls were very impressed. Would recommend the after dark package to everyone!

Weekend was absolutely amazing and will never be forgotten I'm sure. Looking forward to a good catch up and reminisce at the wedding in 3 weeks time!!!! Aly, Chloe and the whole gang have been wonderful!!"

"Shona was also very friendly easy to talk to and very accommodating.Very friendly and efficient.

I would certainly recommend the Hotel. It was what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All the staff there were very friendly and made us very welcome. We left our bags there the next day while we went site seeing.

We had really good service from our waitress at our after dark venue with most of the menu available to us. We phoned up the club to say we were running a little late and would we still be able to get fast track in after 10.30pm and that was not a problem. The club is in an old church and very impressive with Brazilian dancers dancing on the tables.

I would certainly recommend Liverpool as there is so much to see and do. We did pick a very busy weekend for Liverpool as there was an Irish march through the city on the Saturday, a big Boxing fight in the evening and the Liverpool Marathon on the Sunday. I would recommend UK GirlThing to friends and family. In fact one of my daughter's friends is thinking of using you when she organises her sister's Hen Do in December."

"I found each member of the team I communicated with was friendly and keen to help. I was encouraged to book early before the football fixture list was issued to prevent any disappointment. Laura took over the management of my booking and kept me informed and updated as required.

The Hotel was in an excellent location. The décor was tired, but the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were all lovely throughout our stay and the food (breakfast) was good.

The burlesque activity was a lot of fun and the instructor Lucy was friendly and made it fun for all of us. She took photos on our cameras whilst we were practicing our moves and it was great to have our memories captured.

We were introduced to Joe who then organised our booth and drinks, etc. We had a great time and would recommend as a great place for a hen night.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hen weekend. The people of Liverpool were lovely and so friendly. I think that it was great to have our weekend organised by UK Girl Thing and I would certainly recommend you to any brides-to-be. I think we got a great deal so yes, definitely would recommend."

The evening activities were excellent the meal was really enjoyable and the night life in Nottingham there was variety of different style pubs and clubs on offer, we went for the quieter local style pubs on the Friday night and went out for cocktails and clubbing on the Saturday night finishing the night in revival which was a big hit with its revolving dance floor.

"I enquired first and got lots of help and advice, and Robyn took over after and I know she found it extremely well organized and could ring as much as she liked to get things sorted. Hotel was absolutely lovely, better than what we expected. So good for what we paid and hotel staff accommodating to a hen party. Rooms lovely and cleaned everyday really well. Breakfast lush, everything perfect!

Cocktail making was AMAZING. Everyone loved it and had such a good laugh, really really funny and lots of alcohol!! The vodka train amazed me! Also the food we got afterwards in there was really good quality and we didn’t expect it to be that lovely. Cocktail making was everyone's favourite I think - that was brilliant!

Meal on first night was lovely, really quick service considering how many people there were. And then got into the club fine and had a really good night there. Last night we had dinner in hotel which was great, got the room to ourselves and were looked after well, food lovely. I think they forgot to put the wine in but this was sorted straight away.

Spa day was lovely too, really well organized and got everything that was said we would get. Only little thing – would of been better to do the manicures first, as they had to wait until the end and then ages for it to dry so couldn’t come swimming straight away! Also we loved the pool and Jacuzzi etc, was in there all the time!

Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Everything went really smoothly with so many people and I was worried that things wouldn’t go quite as planned but everything we booked was better than expected and went according to plan. So much fun, and will definitely be getting everyone else to book their hen dos through you – I think Robyn will be!! Everyone loved it! We got so much for our money too."

Our food was great, the waiters were Italian (and hot!! Hehe!!!) and made a big fuss of us with phallic shaped deserts etc! They didn’t even mind that we had an extra guest; a naked blow up doll called Rodger! The waiters were just brilliant, they couldn’t have done any more for us.

Cocktail making was excellent – the whole party were surprised at how many cocktails we had, how involved we all were, and how well our barman coped with us! Brilliant fun and would thoroughly recommend to others.

Spa-rty was also brilliant, our beauticians were great and it was a much needed relaxing day.

The meal was lovely and the staff were fantastic – allowed us to decorate the tables with photos, confetti, balloons, party poppers etc and also kept all of this for us overnight so we could collect it the following day rather than detouring back to the hotel. Food was excellent and couldn’t fault the service at all.

A brilliant weekend - I had some reservations as the process of booking and arranging had been so straightforward, it seemed too good to be true – but for the most part everything went smoothly.Everyone had a fantastic time! "From the first phone call to enquire about booking nothing was too much trouble. All my questions were answered and lots of information given. It was so easy to book, no trouble at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The online payment system was also easy to use and good idea that each hen can log on and pay for themselves

My party planner was Jo. She kept in frequent contact via email to let me know when payments and other information were needed. I often had questions to ask her via email and I always got a prompt reply. She also sent me information about the Nottingham Bars etc

We stayed in a 4* Hotel. It was excellent and in a great location. The staff were very organised when we arrived, all our details were correct and our free drinks vouchers ready! The rooms were superb, very large and clean. I asked the hotel if they could arrange taxis for the 27 of us to the river boat which they did no problem at all. They even phoned my room to let me know how much each taxi was going to be.

The Party River Cruise was fantastic! Again everything was very organised, when we arrived at the boat I was given the nightclub tickets and a vegetarian option voucher. We had reserved seats on the top deck. There was a brilliant atmosphere on board. Drinks were fairly cheap and the music was great. The food was delicious, plenty of choice. The vegetarian option was lasagne, but we asked if it was possible to have vegetarian burgers instead. The chef said this wasn’t a problem at all. Everyone was up dancing! Once we boarded back at the dock buses were waiting and took us to the door of the nightclub. Large nightclub with lots of rooms to choose with different music in each. The whole night was amazing and we all enjoyed it.

We all had an absolutely brilliant time. Everything was organised as planned. Couldn’t of wished for a better hen party! Had a brilliant hen night!! Thank you so much to you and your team"

"Hotel was loved by all and the hotel went over and above to be accommodating. We asked if we could have early check in for the rooms on Saturday and they were all ready for the girls at between 10-11am. Wonderful!

Cocktail Making was hilarious and very professional. A fantastic event and Richard was great, as well as fantastic eye candy for the group

Adonis was the funniest thing ever! I think everyone was crying with laughter and some of the sights made all of our eyes water for other reasons as well!! All the brides were asked up on stage at the end to lap dance one of the Adonis guys and was brilliant. All of the other parties came up to her at the end saying she was the best by far. Which she totally was – again hilarious!!

Glamour Puss was amazing. Room was set out lovely and the complimentary wine went down a treat! The beauticians did an amazing job with high quality make up, manicures etc. Plus the girls were lovely

Great value for money and all the girls were asking for our details as they had birthday parties / hen parties to sort and thought the weekend was in their words ‘the best hen party they had ever been on’! Excellent Service, Thank-you!"

"The weekend was great, and everyone was more than satisfied, especially with the perfume class and the dinner which turned out to be a really good deal and great food.The perfume making class was definitely the highlight of the hen party- everyone had a great time and loved the process. And the woman teaching our class turned out to be a St Andrews graduate, which was a nice surprise as we are all St Andrews grads as well! Again, thank you so much for all your help in the planning! The hotel was superb! Good facilities that were very clean and to the level expected from a 4* hotel. I was very pleased.

Our treatments were exceptional. All my guests commented upon how happy they were with the service and surprised about the quality and length of treatment received. Our lunch buffet was also excellent!

The main comment all my guests made was that the whole weekend was such good value for money. Everything was organized so well and I was so pleased that I did not have to worry about a thing. Everything ran like clockwork. I was expecting a good hen do but it turned out to be amazing and if I wasn’t so exhausted from lack of sleep I would do it all again a thousand times over. I will definitely be recommending your service to all my friends. As I have already said I cannot find any faults and I will most certainly recommend UKGirlThing."

Adele Shaw - Liverpool - Cocktail Making & After Dark

"We did the cocktail making class and it was FAB! Such great value for money. We had so much fun making the cocktails and sampling different ones. I liked that everyone got involved, it wasnt just a case of watching the hen all afternoon! The glass trick the barman did was brilliant and everyone was talking about it well after we had left! The 'light' buffet was really, really good! The biggest potato wedges i have ever seen! We all had ‘Hens in the City’ t-shirts/vests made to wear at this activity as the weekend theme was Sex in The City.

We had our evening meal at our Spanish resturant and again it was brilliant value for money, we had more than enough food! In fact we had too much and a lot was left behind. Our Sex in the City cocktail frocks meant we got a lot of attention and provided us with lots of stories for the morning after!

We had a fab weekend! The girls thought it was wonderful aswell!"

Di Brennan - Leeds - Murder Mystery, Pamper Me & Wii Night

"We did the murder mystery and the 2 people who took the event on the evening were great!! We all thoroughly enjoyed it and it surpassed our expectations, great fun and recommended. All of the girls in our group really got into it!

We had a gym and spa day and played pool games that we made up ourselves but it was a quiet and very comfortable. The bride commented that this was one of the highlights of her weekend.

We had a private function room for the weekend on both night so we did party games and took along oldskool CD’s to play, it was amazing!! We all reminissed about out youth with some raving and had a great time. I definitely recommend the party games, we didn’t even get to play on the wii!!!!

Overall, Excellent.The bride does not drink alcohol so it was tricky to arrange something that we would all like but the choice at UK girlthing made it all easy.Easy to pay and lots of choice.It was AMAZING!!!! We are a wild bunch anyway so it was nevere going to be a boring weekend but thoroughly enjoyed the murder mystry particularly and the use of the private function room."

"Hotel was perfect, we were all next to each other which was lovely when we were getting ready and breakfast the next morning (much needed!) was lovely.

Our Italian resturant could not be faulted, the food (three course off any of the menu!) was really good and they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as a congratulations!

Cocktail making was good, the barman was brill and we all got to make a cocktail and the food was lovely!

The weekend was superb and I would definitely recommend you to anyone booking a hen party!"

"Although all the girls loved everything involved in the weekend, I think our spa-rty was the part that everyone enjoyed the most. The fact that we were all together, having a few drinks, along with a few treats, playing some naughty Mr and Mrs games and ‘I have never..’ kept everyone amused. But all this while being pampered, was absolutely amazing. What more could a girl ask for. And I think every one of the girls absolutely loved their treatments. The massages, body brushing and Indian head massage went down a real treat. The ladies who came to do the treatments were friendly and really nice.

I don’t think any of us were expecting the food to be quite as good as it was. Everyone was planning on eating only a little so that they were able to get drunk once in the club, but the food was fab. And we loved the fact that we were able to take wine from the restaurant into the club as we were in the same venue. Lots of other hen parties that added to the atmosphere. Club was great. Really good atmosphere in there. A nice mix of people. Was a great night and would recommend the club to anyone. I think some of the girls were worried as we were all from different age groups from 21 to 34. But the club catered for all, there was no-one that didn’t have a good time.

Weekend was FABULOUS!!! Such value for money. We just wish we had more time. We loved it so much that we are thinking of other events when we can use UKGirlThing. My 30th is coming up later in the year, and another of my sisters is getting married next year, so I’m sure you will be hearing from us again soon. Have already started recommending."

Joy Watterson - Cardiff - Pole Dancing & Party Bus

"Pole dancing was excellent, instructor good fun and very talented!  By the end of the session we were hanging upside down from the poles and although not very elegant we at least felt that we were! Definitely worth a try!

Our party bus host found us in our restaurant and ensured we caught it - meal was well timed with the bus.  Climbing on board and seeing it decked out with balloons, streamers and lights, and with the music blaring it was great fun. Our host was a good sport and encouraged us to keep dancing while the bus was moving.  Definitely a great way of getting between the bars and clubs, and arriving in style, particularly if you don't know the city. Party bus is a must, adds something hilarious and a bit special to the evening.

Cardiff is stag and hen central and well worth a visit. We had a great weekend, thanks very much!"

"Our butler was part of the day activity who arrived promptly was very lovely and all the girls on the hen really enjoyed the butler service! Couldn’t fault anything, and he was great doing a blind champagne tasting we had planned and overseeing our Mr & Mrs Quiz too!

We had an excellent location in the Restaurant, we had a great position in an alcove off the main restaurant floor which was very busy with other hen parties, but we had a superb seat! Dinner was very lovely and enjoyed by all and it was rather odd to not have to pay any bill! We were perfectly on time to get to the club too and it was great to walk in, again with not having any club entry, fantastic to be able to get in up to 11pm.as it was perfect timing after dinner.

The service that Katie provided was excellent and it did mean that we had all our plans sorted, booked and ready for the weekend well ahead of time. The itinerary was great as it was super to have it with us on the night so we all knew the when/where we had to be!"

Jenny Corrigan - Nottingham - River Cruise

"We had a funny moment on the Saturday night at the boats when we realised we weren't on either of the two boats in sight. It turned out our boat was further down and was exclusively for our party. It really did make the experience all the better having the place to ourselves! The staff on the boat were so friendly and made it such an enjoyable trip.

The hotel in particular was amazing! Such a beautiful place with amazing facilities. The help from the staff on the Saturday night arranging a place we could go to be together to play games with there being such a large group of us, was fantastic! They went out their way to accommodate us and for that we really are thankful!"
