Track Pack
- Arrive at the Greyhound Stadium with entrance fee included in your package
- Receive a Race Card each to keep on top of the nights events
- Enjoy a hearty meal of either a Burger, Cheese Burger, Chicken Sandwich or Hot Dog served with Chips. Veggie Options are available
- After the eating is out of the way it's on to the drinking time. All groups will receive a 4 Pint Pitcher of either Beer, Pimms, Archers or Smirnoff to get you on your merry way
- Then get into the betting spirit with a £5 betting voucher each. The first race starts at 7.20pm and with 12 - 14 races per night you will have plenty of opportunity to get those bets in place
- For the novelty effect a Party Pack is given to all groups including Hawaiian Garlands & a 'Love the Dogs' Badge
- Your Hen party will also have a race named after them which will be on the race programme on the night
- Just think of the Hens face when she hears it announced over the PA for all to hear. "Jane Smith's last night of freedom stakes"
- Once the race is over your group will go trackside to present the winning Greyhound owner with a Trophy
- Groups will also get a photo taken of the presentation which will be sent to them after the night
- Once you are all ready to leave a taxi will be on hand to take you girls down town to carry on the frivolities into the early hours

- To secure a Gold or Silver Package we will require a £50 deposit per group (not per person)
- To secure a Bronze Package we will require a £50 deposit per person
- Confirmation of your booking will be sent within 48 hours. Please note your package is only secured when the deposit has been paid and we have your signed booking form. The balance is then payable 6 weeks prior to your event. Please read our Terms and Conditions for full details to ensure you agree with these before paying your deposit
- Group Size - If your group size is TBC then we can secure this package based on your best guess numbers. It is extremely common for group sizes to fluctuate and we do not charge any fees for group sizes changing; all we ask is that numbers are confirmed 6 weeks prior
- ‘No hassle’ payment schedule - We understand 1 of the biggest ‘pains’ when organising a Hen party is getting peoples money in or placing a large amount on your own card. We offer a system where all members of the group can contact us direct and pay their own deposits and balances so you don’t have this added hassle. Full details will be on your Booking Form
