Total Package Price Per Person:

This package includes 1 or 2 Nights Stay and Breakfast in a 4* City Centre Hotel. This package is totally flexible so if you would like to add more to this weekend then please contact a party planner for more details. The total price per person is:

• 1 nights stay Package per person: From £94.95 Twin
• 2 nights stay Package per person: From £119.95 Twin
• To add a beauty treatment +£22.50 to above package price
• To add lunch & glass of bubbly +£15 to above package price
• Based on 2 people sharing a twin/double room
• Please note prices may alter slightly due to month/demand
• All prices are confirmed upon booking/enquiry
• The Restaurant may reserve the right to levy a service charge for group bookings. This is not included (usually 10%)

Min / Max Group Size:

• There are no minimum or maximum group restrictions  

 BRIDE TO BE GOES FREE PROMOTION:

• This promotion is available on all bookings of 10 people or more
• Prices and Promotions are based on a minimum group size of 10. Smaller groups can be catered for although up-charges will apply
• £50 secures your booking
• Your party date can be anytime in 2011-2012 and is subject to availability
• If the Groom to be also books his Stag Do with our brother company www.gentsevents.co.uk and you have a combined group size of 30+ then both the Bride and Groom will go free

• To secure a Package we will require a £50 deposit per group (not per person)
• Confirmation of your booking will be sent within 48 hours. Please note your package is only secured when the deposit has been paid and we have your signed booking form. The balance is then payable 6 weeks prior to your event. Please read our Terms and Conditions for full details to ensure you agree with these before paying your deposit
• Group Size - If your group size is TBC then we can secure this package based on your best guess numbers. It is extremely common for group sizes to fluctuate and we do not charge any fees for group sizes changing; all we ask is that numbers are confirmed 6 weeks prior
• ‘No hassle’ payment schedule - We understand 1 of the biggest ‘pains’ when organising a Hen party is getting peoples money in or placing a large amount on your own card. We offer a system where all members of the group can contact us direct and pay their own deposits and balances so you don’t have this added hassle. Full details will be on your Booking Form
