Yes, it’s that time of year again when every type of person
is annoying – whether your loved up, spending a good weeks’ worth of wages on your
other half, hating on the meaningless consumerism or drowning your sorrows in a
bottle or two of wine on a school night – because no-one is lonelier than you.

We’ve all heard of Valentine’s Day – some love it, getting
incredibly involved buying cuddly teddy bears, giant greetings cards and bulk
buying M&S dine in for two meals. Whilst other take to their beds avoiding
all forms of media and cry into a tub of Ben and Jerrys. This is because Valentine’s
Day is centred on romantic relationships… great for those happily in love, and downright
dire for those who aren’t.

Planning a trip to Edinburgh during
the upcoming festive months of November and December? Perhaps you’re catching
up with friends, visiting family or even going on your hen do! One thing is
certain, Edinburgh has that seasonal vibe – with its cobbled streets, castle
backdrop and wintery weather!

It’s the start of November which means it’s now (arguably) socially acceptable to talk about Christmas, sing Christmas songs, drink mulled wine and
eat mince pies! As well as being the best time of the year it also brings a
host of wonderful winter activities perfect for your Cambridge Hen Party! Here’s
how to get the most out of Cambridge this Christmas!

It’s easy for any couple, but especially those saving for
the big day – to fall into a routine. Work, dinner, chores, bed… then you get
up and do it all again. Then there’s the weekend with all the family and
friends to catch up with – who seem to reside all over Britain! BUT when you do
get a moment to yourselves, be sure to savour it, to make the most of it.

So the Euros are well underway and with England two of their
matches down – we’re starting to be able to put names to faces… really rather
lovely faces! Don’t get me wrong, there is definitely some rather pleasant
looking fellows in the other Euro teams, but this year we think we have a
rather handsome bunch ourselves. We’re behind you all the way England – whilst
checking out the view!

With the Brighton Wheel, Brighton Pier and The Royal Pavilion
alongside great bars and restaurants it’s not hard to see why Brighton is one
of the most popular hen and stag locations in the UK. Although the range is
incredible there are certain bars that have made their mark over the years for
their atmosphere, quality service and superb cocktails.
