• Suitable to all ages and fitness levels
• The minimum group size for this package is 10. Smaller groups can be accommodated but slight up-charges will apply  
• Time slots are available from 12pm to 5pm, Thursdays to Mondays. Other times may be available upon request
• This venue is based in the heart of the city centre
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant ladies
• No drinking of alcohol is allowed before or during the dance class and each member of the group will be asked to sign a disclaimer agreeing to this before-hand
