Event Details

  • We organise your event from start to finish, providing the venue and everything you need on the day plus a free on-line website to easily manage payment of your event
  • Arrive at your venue and be greeted by your personal tutor
  • This fun Photo Booth Prop Making event gives you the opportunity to create, design and make your own props, or choose from a ready made selection of templates on the day that could inspire you
  • You could even choose a theme such as making glamorous masks full of glitter for a 1920's theme with a few red lips and moustaches to mix it up a little, the hilarious options are endless
  • There are plenty of materials to choose from whether that be sequins, crystals, foams, felts, and even fake moustache fur
  • Everyone in the group will each make a selection of props on sticks and have loads of opportunity to try them out
  • Your tutor will bring along a polaroid camera so you can capture a few snaps of you all looking your best
  • The props can then be used on the rest of your party day and night
  • If your event is a hen do then they will be ideal for the night out and may even make it to the wedding for further photo opportunities
  • If you have a special theme you would like to make just let us know upon booking and we'll make sure we tailor the materials to suit you and your group

How to Book

  1. Fill in the booking form on line or call us and confirm your date, timeslot, city and approximate group size
  2. We will check the availability and confirm your booking
  3. If the date and time is available we will take your £10 deposit to secure the booking over the phone or via an online link to pay. If it isn’t available we can let you know what options you have if any
  4. You don’t need a confirmed group size to book, you can book based on your best guess numbers
  5. Once secured we would email out your payment tracker link, which is an online payment portal where each of your group can pay their own £10 deposit at their own leisure within the following 2 weeks to secure their place. All payments baring the 1st £10 are to be paid on line
  6. All deposits are non-refundable
  7. You can log onto your payment tracker at any time and see who has paid what and chase up anyone if needed
  8. Any unpaid for places will simply be cancelled off and no payment would be needed for these places
  9. Nothing further to pay until 6 weeks before you go, when we will request the balance to be settled and you to confirm your final group size
  10. The week after your balance is settled we will email you your itemised full itinerary


Common Questions


Q) What happens if my group size changes?
A) No problems at all. If you book for 20 people and only 18 people pay their deposits, we simply cancel off the unwanted places. Should any members of your group pay their deposit and then drop out, they do not need to settle their balance although all deposits are non-refundable. If your group decreases out of the price bracket you have booked on then your price would be amended to the new group size price bracket. All price brackets can be viewed on the ‘event details’ tab prior to booking, and on your booking form after booking.

Q) My friend isn’t PC literate, can I pay on her behalf?
A) Anyone can pay for anyone in your group. If you prefer to pay the full amount for the whole group yourself you can, or each person can pay individually or on behalf of anyone else. When logging onto the payment portal it will ask you for your name, who you are paying on behalf of and the amount. It's really that simple!

Q) What happens if I want to keep what I have booked a surprise?
A) We will only communicate with yourself as the booker, we would not communicate with anyone else in your party. The online payment portal does not mention anything about what you have booked for this reason. It simply has the lead name, date and city.
