If I book with you will I need to pay in full up front?

No, not at all. We have set up a system with our venues & experiences so that you can book with us by paying a small deposit then you will not need to pay in full until 4-6 weeks prior to the booking. This makes it easy to book whether your group is big or small

How far in advance should I book?

We advise that you book your event sooner rather than later so that you can be sure to secure the best venues & availability. Our venues & experiences are very popular & can get booked up very fast so book as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. Of course we know that this isn't always possible & have took many late bookings in our time so give us a call and we will do our very best to help you find the best package for your group.

If I book & my group size changes what would happen?

Upon booking we only require your estimated group size to secure your package. We actually don't need your confirmed group size until 6 weeks prior to the booking leaving you plenty of time to confirm with your friends so if your group size changes then you don't need to worry.

Can my group pay separately to book their place on my party?

Yes of course, that is no problem at all. Once your package is booked pass everybody in your group your payment tracker details, then all they need to do is log on & they can pay what they want, when they want. Just as long as the full balance is paid 6 weeks prior to your hen party

My party is near to Christmas & I'm worried people won't have enough money to pay, do you have any flexible payment options available?

We totally understand that there may be times in the year that can be more expensive than others so to help our clients we developed payment plans so that your group can pay in instalments. You can pay a little each week or each month depending on what suits your group. Speak to one of our party planners who will gladly set these up for you.

What happens if you go bankrupt? Am I protected?

We are fully insured & protected with our Corporate Liability Insurance which means your money is safe. If you would like to see any documentation please ask our Party Planners who will gladly assist you. We do not take our insurance through ABTA or ATOL as these are for International Travel and as we do not provide packages overseas, all our events are based within the UK.
